In November, the world-famous polar explorers will ski 2,400 miles (3,850 km), pulling 250-pound (113-kg) sleds loaded with food and supplies across the continent. Upon completing the 100-day trek, Ann Bancroft and Liv Arnesen also will have achieved the longest ski trek ever by women.
