Boreal 2000 Canoe Expedition
01 June 2000
This summer, four young paddlers will set out from the heart of Canada's boreal forest in northern Saskatchewan on a 4,500-km journey of discovery. They are setting out to see firsthand what can't be seen on a map or in a book - the vast spruce and pine forests, the clear lakes, tumbling rivers and mossy creeks that have made "the bush" such a prominent part of what it means to be Canadian.\n\nExpedition Site\n
